The SLP will introduce the student to key decision-making models, including a decision tree, a payoff matrix, a ratio analysis, a break-even analysis, an economic order quantity model and various Artificial Intelligence models. The SLP is focused on improving a business situation where an expected level of performance is not being achieved.
