To further recognise the interrelated legal facets when drafting a contract and utilise same as a decisive and efficient tool in enforcing rights and obligations in the event of a dispute and prior to the litigation.

Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of key business functions and be equipped with skills in accounting, communication, human resource management, project management, decision-making, risk management, and marketing to effectively contribute to organisational operations.
