About the Programme

Description:

The purpose of the Bachelor of Human Resource Management is to equip you with an in-depth grounding in human resource management (HRM) knowledge, theory, principles and skills. Graduates will be able to contribute to multifunctional, multinational public and business sectors, executing analytical, interpretive, strategic and integrative skills. Outcomes align with NQF Level 7, applying theory to complex problems and presenting arguments using academic discourse. You will learn to develop, execute and improve HRM processes; collaborate with stakeholders; apply innovation and technology; and uphold governance, ethics and quality standards.

Admission Requirements:

Senior Certificate or National Senior Certificate meeting UJ’s criteria (APS 28 with English at level 4 and Maths/Math Lit at level 4–5).
