About Course

Description:

The purpose of the SLP is to introduce the concept of digital transformation:

  • Overview of digital transformation and innovation disruption
  • Digital roadmaps and processes involved in responding to organisational disruption

Admission Requirements:

• Matriculation certificate (NSC)

• Two years of work experience in any industry environment (not necessarily at a management level).

Course Curriculum

By the end of this SLP, you will be able to:

  • Articulate the concept of digital transformation within an organisation, and its potential strategic innovation disruption benefits, as well as risks and challenges.
  • Explain and prioritise appropriate technologies deployed in best practice to illustrate digital transformation and innovation disruption in organisations. 
  • Appraise and differentiate the stages and processes to be included in a digital transformation roadmap.
  • Synthesise and interpret the digital transformation journey by applying the lessons learnt in organisational digital transformation and innovation disruption strategies and stratagems and construct an individual and team response strategic plan to a business challenge posed.
