About Course

Description:

The purpose of the SLP Human Resource Management is to provide the learner with an overview of the various motivational theories that can be applied in HRM, discuss job analysis, job description, job specification, workforce planning, recruitment, and training and development. Finally, the SLP introduces the learner to the notion of leadership and its range of styles. In relation to this discussion, power and conflict dynamics impacting HRM are discussed.

Admission Requirements:

A National Senior Certificate (NSC) with certificate endorsement is required for admission.
