About Course

Description:

The purpose of the short-learning programme (SLP) in Corporate Governance and Compliance Management is to provide you with the necessary knowledge and understanding of the South African corporate legal system, as well as the corporate governance concept within a business and its financial environment.

Admission Requirements:

The minimum admission requirement for this SLP is a NQF level 4 with certificate endorsement.

PLEASE NOTE, a minimum of twenty registrations is required for this offering to run.

Course Curriculum

This SLP covers:
  • Introduction to Corporate Governance and Compliance Management
  • Understanding of the South African corporate legal system overdraft facilities and store cards
  • Up-to-date knowledge and insight relative to ongoing global best practices
  • The recommendations of the King IV
