Description:

The SLP on Preparation for ACCA: Performance Management (S3C07O) offers tailored training to equip participants with skills in performance measurement and management decision-making. It emphasises strategic cost management, budgeting, and financial control, preparing students for ACCA exams while fostering critical business planning capabilities. This programme empowers participants with critical skills in performance management and business decision-making. Through focused modules, students will gain expertise in cost and management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. The training equips students with the competencies required to analyse, plan, and implement performance strategies, thereby preparing them to excel in ACCA Performance Management exams and to contribute effectively to organisational strategy and control functions.

Admission Requirements:

To enrol in this programme, participants must have a valid ACCA membership number and be registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
